Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualification


  • Min. 5 years’ experience in welding & fitting
  • Able to read construction drawings and work independently
  • Workers who having welder certification of 3G/4G/6G
  • Able to conduct stainless steel switchboard welding, shielded metal arc welding, ARC, TIG & MIG welding, gas cutting & grinding
  • Able to assemble parts by bolting and riveting
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members
  • Preferred to be able to drive vehicle and forklift

Roles & Responsibilities


Repair and fabricate bins, racks and containers

Welding of support on all mechanical equipment and their connections,switchboard, conveyors, gearbox and etc. in plant as per schedule and upon breakdown

In-house welding, fabrication and plumbing works as per requirements by operation

Attend any mechanical breakdown immediately and able to work on night shift

Installation, modification and fabrication of new equipment and machines in plant needed by operation

Minimize equipment break down and down time by doing proper and effective maintenance & repairs by problem identification and problem solving

Inspect welded joints regularly both visually and using testing methods

Perform routine welding equipment maintenance/repairs

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
