Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Changi Terminal 1 Store

Job Responsibilities:

l Responsible for the daily store operations to achieve store sales.

l Provides excellent customer service with good maintenance of shopping environment.

l Identifies and handles customers' inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy.

l Engage and capitalize in upselling and cross-selling to customers.

l Operates POS cash register and handles various payment mode with accuracy and speed to avoid delays to customers' departure timing.

l Ensure that store presentation is well maintained with store replenishment and clean fixtures.

l Assist in sales plans execution and participation in conjunction of marketing events and promotion programs.

l Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.

l Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

l

Requirements:

l Minimum GCE "O" Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail.

l Comfortable working at Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.

l Passionate about customer service and sales oriented.

l Possess basic computer skills.
