Business Risk Manager

Job description:
Main Role: Act as the owner for internal and external compliance and internal control management in country business group domain.
- Company Compliance: Build & implement the company's compliance and internal control requirements, and able to identify business risks through continuous operations, and promote continuously optimize the internal control maturity of the domain to support continuous business success.
- KPIs management: Set KPIs target for project and business group, then monitor the business department to achieve the KPIs and analyse the actual completion status, and push relevant department to complete the target on time.
- Risk Management: Lead the identification and assessment of compliance risks of external laws and regulations in the domain, release the compliance risk map, and develop countermeasures and control solutions for specific risk scenarios.
- Audit: Participate in the external audit of frontline compliance, communicate with customers, and analyse the rate process violations in the business domain. Provide accountability suggestions, and monitor business improvement and closure.
- Cost and expense control: Provide proposals of cost and expense control to Management team; Organize and coordinate the relevant department to implement the measures; Flexibly adopt various publicity methods, effectively convey the company's internal control tone and orientation, and build a favourable internal control atmosphere.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Risk Controller/Auditor in Business group/Project management and other related fields for a Country office.
- Familiar with ICT (Telecommunication), Enterprise, Renewable energy, Cloud Storage & IT industry processes and operations (such as sales, product or delivery & services).
- Be familiar with the processes and operations (such as sales, product, or delivery) of a certain business domain, and have a background in internal control, internal audit, or finance; Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to influence different level of Business group counterparts.
- Ability to identify internal control and risk management issues and provide improvement suggestions (e.g. finance, internal control, risk, insurance, process, inspection, or audit)
- Able to adapt & work in fast-paced environment, and committed to work as a Country Business Risk Manager.
- Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
