Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join us as Flyer Distributors . This is an outdoor role where you will be responsible for distributing flyers and promotional materials to promote our wide range of language-based enrichment programs. In addition to flyer distribution, you will also have a secondary responsibility of engaging with potential students or their parents/guardians to recruit them for our courses.

This role offers flexibility and can be performed on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability. Compensation is performance-based, rewarding you for your efforts in generating interest and driving enrollments. The candidate should be comfortable in meeting daily flyer distribution target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute flyers and promotional materials at high-traffic locations such as shopping malls, community centers, schools, and public events.
• Engage with the public to create awareness about our courses, including:Language courses (e.g., English, Mandarin, etc.)
  Language competency exam preparatory courses
  Public speaking courses
  Creative writing workshops
  Other language-based enrichment programs for adults and school students
  
• Provide basic information about course offerings, schedules, and benefits to interested individuals.
• Collect contact details or inquiries from potential leads and forward them to the sales team for follow-up.
• Assist in recruiting students by identifying interested parties and encouraging them to enroll in our programs.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while representing the company.
• Track and report daily activities, including the number of flyers distributed and leads generated.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with people of all ages.
• A positive attitude, energetic personality, and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying promotional materials.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are highly advantageous.
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting targets and deadlines.
