Roles & Responsibilities

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP BTP consultant, Manager to join our team. You are expected to oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP BTP along with excellent leadership and communication skills. This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP BTP solutions tailored to client needs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize BTP processes, enhance system performance, and streamline workflows
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address system integration requirements and dependencies
  • Conduct workshops and consultations to gather requirements, assess business processes, and recommend best practices
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in SAP BTP technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and other relevant tools and services
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configuration, processes, and user guidelines
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP S4HANA developments and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Reports on the status, issues, key activities, and any changes to the charter of the overall project
  • Builds a close working relationship with clients to enhance the image of the KPMG

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects, with a focus on SAP BTP
  • Strong understanding of BTP services and components, including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex BTP projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable business value
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
