Job Overview

As an Account Assistant, you'll be responsible for helping out with various accounting tasks, such as

keeping track of financial records, preparing reports, and communicating with others to make sure

everything is accurate and up to date. This position requires strong communication skills, organizational

skills and a meticulous work attitude.


II. Main Responsibilities

• Assists with processing invoices and verification of payments

• Maintaining accurate financial records

• Supports group accountant with monthly reconciliation, reports and GST submissions

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts inquiries

• Perform bookkeeping/data entry to accounting software


III. Job Requirements

• Must be experienced with Quickbooks

• Working hours: Weekdays 9-6pm

• At least 2 years of accounting background experience

• Diploma or certification on Accounting or Finance

• Must be comfortable with fast-paced environment

• Able to work under tight deadlines

• Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Have good time management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

• Be meticulous and conscientious, and have a good sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
