Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Creative Producer/Manager to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, video production, and scriptwriting, along with exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive our brand's creative vision.

ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction and Mentorship:
  • Mentor and guide the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Ensure all brand assets adhere to established guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Oversee the production, shooting, and editing of creative content.
  • Do hands-on production, shooting, and editing.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, utilizing persuasion, communication, and persistence to influence decisions and drive projects forward.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
Project Management:
  • Plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project execution.
Business Development:
  • Assist in business development efforts in Singapore, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the business.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong skills in typography motion graphics and performance video scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Basic to strong interest in marketing, with the ability to write compelling copy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a chaotic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about creative work, with a strong work ethic and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, demonstrating growth and accountability.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with direct-response marketing and copywriting
  • Experience in brand marketing
  • Experience with product design and packaging design
  • Have managed a team of five or more people before
  • Have successfully managed multiple projects in the past
  • Has work experience for a D2C brand
  • Interest in sports, fitness, and health
