ARCHI / STRUCTURAL & M&E RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

a. Minimum 5 years' site experience on educational/institutional / A&A /AEI projects

b. Experience in inspecting architectural finishing works to ensure meeting of local authority standards and to facilitate handover from contractor to developer.

c. Experience in inspecting defects and rectification works during post TOP period for institutional/educational/A&A/AEI projects.

d. Experience & knowledge in M&E experience is preferred but not mandatory. RTOs that are willing to be versatile and learn is appreciated.

e. Experience in supervising bored pile/micropile works is preferred but not mandatory

f. Good team player and able to oversee and ensure contractor complete defects rectification within timeline set.

g. Contract period : May 2025 – April 2026 (12 months), with option to extend.

h. Salary Range : $5500 to $6000

A 1-year AEI project for a commercial office to a foreign system school. The location of the project is near Haw Par Villa. The scope includes building a new 7-storey staircase, new swimming pool, new hydrant tanks, as well as typical M&E and ID fit out works.
