Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

· To assist in carrying out regular supervision of Structural installation.

· To ensure that all Structural installation works at site are carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-laws and contract specifications.

· To assist the Engineers to supervise the contractors and co-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness.

· You are required to take prompt action to ensure contractor rectify poor quality materials or items that are in use which may lead to poor reception nor cause unnecessary defects to the surrounding Structural installations.

· To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans from Engineers.

· To submit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weekly basis.


Job Requirements

· Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.

· Accredited with IES-ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Practicing Certificate.

· Minimum 8 years’ working experience as Resident Technical Officers.

· Extensive experience in the supervision of basement construction, bored pile systems, and precast concrete construction.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Knowledge in BIM and VDC capabilities will be an added advantage.

· Able to start work by Q4 2024

· Project type: Healthcare development

· Contract Duration: 28 months

· Salary: $5,000 to $5,500
