• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Develop a comprehensive design system and UI library, and effectively communicate its principles, best practices and guidelines to the team.

• Transform requirements and/or wireframes into high-fidelity designs and prototypes across both web and mobile platforms.

• Gain an understanding of the product and the fintech industry to empathize with and enhance the user journey.

• Explore future development and design strategies to continuously enhance the product.

• Collaborate with the design team to advance the long-term department vision, improve internal design processes, and raise the bar for product quality.


skills and requirements

• Min 3 years as Digital UX/UI Designer in the FinTech industry with well understood graphics & web design.

• From IT software application domain

• Experience in designing Web2 and/or Web3 design experience.

• Able to showcase minimum three diverse use cases as part of interview process - prefer online portfolio in resume itself for shortlisting purpose. Their portfolio must display the amount of work in graphic and illustration design that was created by him/her.
