Roles & ResponsibilitiesWorking hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)Working location: Woods SquareKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals to drive engagement and brand awarenessCreate, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media channelsPlan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to meet targeted business outcomes such as lead generation and conversionsTrack key metrics using analytics tools to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordinglyActively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive community around the brandEnsure all content and messaging are consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity across all platformsStay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously enhance strategiesWork with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and sales, to align social media activities with broader marketing effortsIdentify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and key partners to increase brand visibilityManage social media budgets, ensuring that spending aligns with business objectives and delivers a high return on investmentRequirements:Minimum Diploma and aboveAbility to create engaging and creative content, with strong copywriting skills and basic graphic design proficiencyExperience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) to monitor performance and make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of setting up and optimizing paid social media ads and campaigns across various platformsA strong awareness of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep strategies updated
