Job Summary:

Black Cow is seeking a reliable and diligent Dishwasher to join our team. The role involves ensuring a clean and hygienic environment by washing dishes, hotpots, and maintaining the dishwashing area. This is an essential role that contributes to the smooth operations of our premium Japanese dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash all dishes, including plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clean and maintain other kitchen equipment to ensure they are ready for service.
  • Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and tidy, including maintaining the dishwashing machine.
  • Handle waste materials properly, ensuring waste is disposed of in designated collection areas.
  • Contribute to maintaining a hygienic and safe environment in the restaurant at all times.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience not mandatory.
  • Ability to work during opening hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of proper hygiene practices in food service.
Compensation:
  • Full-Time: $1,400 to $2,000.
  • Part-Time: Up to $15/hour based on experience.
