KPMG Cybersecurity professionals assistclients to address their concerns around Confidentiality,Integrity, Availability and Privacy of their technology, businesssystems, and information assets. Using a holistic view of howTechnology and Business integrate, the Cyber team performstechnology-risk focused assessments, technology compliance,IT/operational process reviews, and design of information risk& cyber security solutions.

Cyber teammembers regularly interact with C-Suite clients, such as ChiefExecutive Officer (CEO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO),Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Operating Officer (COO),Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and their direct reports. Hence, a clientcentric mind-set, understanding of IT within a Business context,and well-developed communication skills aredesirable.

The roleinvolves:

• Engage with clientstakeholders on Data protection Projects.
• Providingin-depth expertise of Data protection.
• Conductingdiscovery workshops for customers to understand their dataprotection measures and recommend improvements to their securityposture.
• Work with customers to plot their cloud journeyand advising them on their overall data protection requirementsbased on their data landscape.
• Working with KPMG Projectand Customer resources to continue design and deployment activitiesand further enhance Data protection solutions for ourcustomers.
• Working with customers and leading dataprotection vendors to design and build creativesolutions.
• Working with team members, you will designand/or build solutions within large transformations, and you willperform reviews, assessments and build strategies for organizationslooking to invest in Data protection.
• Assisting theengagement manager with the planning and delivery phases ofengagements.

The ideal candidateshould possess:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering,Information Technology or equivalent.
• A highlymotivated individual in information security and excellentcommunicator with strong analytical and good problem-solvingskills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience workingon Data protection technologies: Forcepoint, Proofpoint, Varonis,Zscaler, MSFT Purview
• Good understanding of Securitystrategy, assessment, and design and implementation and governanceframeworks over processes, controls, organisation andinfrastructure.
• Proven technical knowledge in DataGovernance, Data classification, Data loss prevention, Insiderthreat, Data encryption, CASB etc.
• Good understandingof cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Google and AWS.
•Proficient in PowerShell and Python
• Strong understandingand hands-on experience with Windows OS, including Active Directoryand DNS.
• Understanding of creating and managing virtualmachines, EC2 instances, VNETs, VPCs, and access controlmanagement.
• Experience in implementing and managingfirewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/preventionsystems.
• Ability to respond to security incidents,conduct root cause analysis, and implement correctiveactions.
• Familiarity with industry standards andregulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001, PersonallyIdentifiable Information (PII) ensuring compliance in securitypractices.
• Excellent business analysis experience inrequirements gathering, modelling use cases and experience inbusiness development in supporting new business offerings.
• Any relevant industry related certification will bepreferred (e.g. CISSP, AWS , AZURE , Data protection productcertifications etc.)
