The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, packing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additionally, the role involves assisting with pick-up and drop-off tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.\


Key Responsibilities:


1. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist in organizing and storing goods in the warehouse.


2. Order Fulfillment:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are prepared according to company standards.
- Label and prepare packages for delivery.


3. Delivery Operations:
- Safely transport goods to customers or designated locations using the company vehicle.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in pick-up and drop-off tasks as required.


4. Warehouse Assistance:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in receiving and unloading incoming goods.
- Support other warehouse duties as needed.


5. Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure the company vehicle is kept in good working condition.
- Perform basic maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, oil, tires) and report any issues.


Requirements:
- Valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations is a plus.
