Responsibilities and duties
• Management of Bardo Pantry
• Ensuring coffee, tea,other beverages & condiments are stocked & ready on daily basis
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of Bardo and the private offices
• Clearing rubbish bins in Bardo.
• Resetting used meeting rooms within Bardo spaces
• Wiping of bardo metal desk every weekend
• Managing cleanliness of Bardo washrooms
• Washing Bardo glassware and utensils when required
• Maintaining Bardo’s stationery requirements
• Cleaning/Wiping down whiteboards
• Watering plants in Bardo area
• Assisting in events set up for specific rooms on a daily basis.
• Assisting to maintain cleanliness of main washroom & Spa Washrooms.
• Assisting in ad -hoc maintenance tasks when required.
• On standby for other major setup requirements
Working hours: 5 days work week / 44 hours
