Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic Designer

Job Description:

· Interpret design briefs from salespersons or clients to understand their needs and develop artwork concepts tailored to their requirements.

· Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, CorelDraw, etc.) to create signage shop drawings and detailed structures.

· Prepare final artwork for production and printing purposes.

· Coordinate with the production team to ensure they can fabricate according to the provided artwork.

· Conduct quality checks during the production process to ensure that fabrication meets the client's specifications.

· Perform quality checks on the final products before delivery

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality and accuracy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

· Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine designs and meet client expectations.

Job Requirements:

· Having a recognized diploma or degree in Graphic Design is preferred and considered advantageous.

· Relevant experience in the signage industry as a Graphic Designer.

· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, CorelDraw, etc.

· Energetic and passionate about design.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to generate innovative design solutions.
