Your duties as Quantity Surveyor/Contract Project Administer are as follows:

  • Monthly Progress claim preparation and submission to clients
  • Preparation and issuance of payment response
  • Preparation and submission of Variation Orders
  • Administer contracts, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
  • Plan, procedure and control project costs.
  • Optimize value for money in construction projects.

Salary Range: $3000-$3400
