The Senior Executive, Automation Development will be responsible for the implementation of automation initiatives. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, his/her primary responsibility is to understand business needs, design, document, develop, test and implement low-code solutions to automate business processes. He/she oversees the maintenance of implemented solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design low-code solutions.
  • Design visual models, business process workflows, user interfaces and data models.
  • Document business process workflows, design specification, technical details, user guide.
  • Utilize low-code platforms (e.g. UiPath, Outsystems) to develop end-to-end automated applications.
  • Ensure data integrity, security and proper error handling.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance activities including creating and executing test cases, debugging and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during development, deployment and maintenance phases.

Job Requirements
  • Fresh Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering.
  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience is welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in UiPath, Outsystems, Power Query.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in automation development roles is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • Experience in programming.
  • Knowledge of data integration, APIs, data transformation.
