Roles & Responsibilities

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct daily EHS inspections at sites per day
  • Update both good and bad findings on Monolith, and ensure all non-compliances are rectified before closing the case
  • Take necessary disciplinary actions e. issuing verbal warning/warning letters, to worker(s) who do not conform to safety regulations even after reminders
  • Conduct daily toolbox meeting and mass toolbox meeting
  • Conduct safety training, RA and SWP on a regular basis
  • In case of any accidents, EHS Coordinator to assist with the necessary follow up actions e.g. accompanying worker(s) to clinic etc.
  • In case of any incidents/accidents, EHS Coordinator to conduct investigation and prepare Incident Investigation Report, and educate worker(s) involved on necessary preventive/corrective actions
  • Conduct weekly EHS meeting with Operations team; with sharing of EHS related news and common findings from the past week
  • Conduct weekly joint inspection with Division heads (PICs)
  • Assist with preparation of documentation during audit (ISO, Bizsafe Star)
  • Maintain and upkeep of department's EHS Documentation
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior/Head of Department
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Advance Certificate in WSH Level B or Diploma in WSH or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Only Singaporeans
  • 6 days work week.
  • Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license.
