Here are the requirements to be a Barre Instructor with Jus Jym:

- Certifies Barre Teacher Training Program approved by a relevant organization

- Complete a 25-hour training program on Basic Barre Group Class

- Achieve a minimum of 20 hours of physiology & anatomy training

- Knowledge about alignment, musicality and body positions

- Be able to create new program classes and build a sense of community among our Just Jym

- Up to date: CPR+AED Certification

- Interpersonal skills: Building relationships, learning students' names, and fostering a sense of community

- Great personality and attitude: They should be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere

- Strong communication skills: Clearly explaining exercises, providing feedback, and encouraging students

By embodying these qualities, a group class instructor can create a engaging, supportive, and effective learning environment, reflecting positively and encouraging members/ guests to return.
