Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs)- Ensure consistency of coffee quality and calibration of coffee machinery- Preserve and deliver excellent levels of customer service- Stock management of ingredients and products, liaising with management- Able to perform cashier and order-taking duties.- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when necessary- General opening and closing of shop duties- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by ManagementJob Requirements:- Service driven, outgoing and friendly- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices- Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in specialty coffee industry- Attention to detail- Self-motivated and good people skills- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- 6-day work week, flexibleSalary: Starting at 2,600 SGD
