The Account Executive cum HR Personnel will play a dual role, managing accounting responsibilities and HR functions for all the entities under the umbrella of Autelier Group. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and strong ability to work with numbers. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support payroll processing, and assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. This is a flexible work arrangement position, anyone who will like to have the option of working from home are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  1. Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  4. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to and from vendors and suppliers and clients.
  5. Payroll processing
  6. Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  7. Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations and assist with tax filings (e.g., ECI- filing).
  8. Collaborate with external auditors and accountants as needed.

Human Resource Duties:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company policies.
  3. Assist in payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  4. Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting
  • Good knowledge of Singapore accounting and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho) and savvy with software MS Office Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
