Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the coordination and processing of inbound and outbound shipments according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate handling of shipments, ensuring compliance with both internal and external key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate effectively with the operations team on tasks related to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
  • Work with forwarders and transporters to arrange both inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are processed and filed properly, following a structured recording system.
  • Administer cycle counts and provide general administrative support to the operations team.
  • Collect and submit routine operational data as required.
  • Prepare and reconcile billing and operational information for submission to customers, managers, or executives.
  • Handle timely purchase administration, process vendor invoices, and verify customer invoices.
  • Take on customer service duties, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints, or escalating them as necessary.
  • Report any non-compliance issues or changes in daily operations to the manager.
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Executive.
  • Assist with lifting goods weighing approximately 15-20kg when required.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Good with Data Entry and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good Customer Service.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and meticulous.
