Roles & Responsibilities

Events Manager/ Senior Events Manager

  • With a minimum of 4 years of working experience in the events industry (MICE)
  • Possess good English language and communication skills (a good command of spoken Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Thrives well in a dynamic work environment
  • Basic knowledge of audio-visual and lighting equipment Basic knowledge of marketing plans (an added advantage) Onsite crew and contractor management
  • Must understand the full process of planning an event, which includes the following:
  1. Budget management
  2. Project team management
  3. Participant management
  4. Speakers management
  5. Exhibitor/sponsor management

    Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and organise large-scale and small-scale events from conception to execution
  • Prepare and present budgets and proposals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, venue operators, and contractors
  • Coordinate design, execution, and logistics for events
    Manage multiple projects concurrently
