Executive Assistant to Executive Chairman cum GCEO

Job Summary
This is an Executive role, providing consulting and business advisory to Executive Chairman cum GCEO.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with all Business Units and collaborate with the GCEO and provide assistance with all aspects of his daily work schedule.
- Provide professional aspects to CEO regarding all investments and all kinds of capital operation in the group and work with teams to push forward all of the capital operation projects in the group.
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and documents, ensuring the GCEO is well-informed and prepared for meetings and commitments.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking various projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Compile and analyze data and report as requested by the GCEO, helping to inform decision-making processes.
- Perform administrative support functions.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, the GCEO, and the team.
Job Requirements
- Possess a good degree in Business, Finance or equivalent with relevant experience In finance and investment.
- Bilingual in English and Business Chinese as the role requires dealings with Chinese- speaking Associates.
- Able to translate business documents in writing from English to Chinese and vice versa.
- Able to deliver powerful and clear business presentation using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Able to travel at short notice.
- Effective organisational skills and good-time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work well with all levels.
