The Job

  • Handle loan documentations, data entry and document filing related to Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products
  • Regulate form and contents of hire‑purchase agreements and the rights in accordance to Hire Purchase Act
  • Conduct credit search on customers, credit assessment and assess eligibility, process loan applications and verify data entry to ensure proper documents submission are correct and in place
  • Responsible for all the data record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short payment or collection arrangements
  • Assist with sales admin processes
  • Liaise with internal and external parties engaging close interactions for processing of hire purchase loans pertaining to discrepancies, short payment or collection arrangements to ensure smooth day to day operations
  • Any other ad-hoc task as supervise by HOD from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification Diploma with 2 years experience in Hire Purchase in vehicle, Credit Loan or other loan products
  • Strong in English, able to write, type and speak fluently
  • Similar experience in the automotive industry and credit/loan experience is an advantage
  • Fast in response and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible, resilient mindset and can do attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
