Lift Technician Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs elevator equipment, controls, lighting and circuits. Ensures work is in accordance with relevant codes
  • Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and similar equipment
  • Troubleshoots and locates malfunction in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems using test equipment. Reads and interprets schematics
  • Disassembles defective unit and cleans, repairs or replaces controller parts, generators, and brushes
  • Operates elevator to determine power demand and tests power consumption to detect overload factors
  • Performs other general building maintenance as needed
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working
  • Can start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage
  • Meticulous and Good communication skills
  • Must have working experiences in Singapore

  • Location: Kallang
  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Five working days)
