CX Strategist

As a CX Strategist, you’ll collaborate with designers, technologists, and program managers to create products, services, and experiences throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll conduct user research, develop ideas, and formulate hypotheses, validating them with the team. Engaging clients in the design process and presenting ideas to executives will be key.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives using data-driven insights to inform design decisions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, tech, program managers);
- Shape digital products through strong user experience (UX/UI) practices;
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals and client objectives;
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tech, and design standards;
- Build strong client relationships and understand business needs.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years in Business Design, CX Transformation, UX/UI, Design Thinking;
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and contemporary design tools;
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic digital design;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineers, devs, stakeholders);
- Proven ability to present and influence executives;
- Willingness to travel for research and client meetings will be a plus.
Bonus Skills:
- Financial analysis and business case development;
- Experience with ethnographic, qualitative, and quantitative research;
- Familiarity with SPSS or statistical software;
- Knowledge of global trends, human-centered design, and technology;
- Multilingual ability to converse with various stakeholders is a plus.
