Roles & Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director and Creative Partner. The company will guide and direct the designer on creative and strategic thinking. The role will provide the opportunity and guidance for a promising career advancement in K3.

The Candidate will go through a traineeship period before confirmation as a Designer.

The job requirement for the candidate are:

- Develop branding concept and creatives for social media, digital, prints, magazine, outdoor, activations, video and TVC communications

- Plan a social media communication flow plan, execute and art-direct monthly social media campaign

- Conceptionalise, develop creative and execute digital ads for different media platforms

- Design collaterals, dm, brochures corporate identity and design

- learn and art-direct and conceptulize for photography and video boards

We will train the candidate to be a full-fledge Art Director in 1-2 years. We will train the staff in technical and strategic skills to be an all-round Art Director.

K3’s focus is on branding, concept development, social media, digital, communications, design and events.
