Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Develop EHS Training programme and materials
  • Provide education and promote a culture of environmental, health & safety excellence
  • Able to analyse data, identify the gaps and initiate relevant training. Produce objective driven training presentation slides
  • Familiar and keep updated of legislation and other requirements
  • Conduct inspection of worksites to ensure compliance with WSH Act/ Regulations and other requirements
  • Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, and training
  • Effective communicator with a good command of English
  • Other works assigned by Department head and Manager(s)

Requirements

  • Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and analytical ability
  • Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment
  • Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous.
