Job Description

An expanding F&B group requires an HR manager to manage the organization's growing pool of staff and work with the management team to implement organization policies and practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Recruitment - Assist ops with scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, onboarding, working with outlet managers on employee compliance matters, and setting competitive salary and benefits plans to attract talented employees

Employee Matters - Respond to queries on employee entitlements/benefits/queries on employment contracts, performance reviews, grievance handling, offboarding

Payroll - Check attendance, run payroll, issue payslips, respond to queries, CPF submission, income tax requirements

Staff leave management - Annual Leave/ Public Holiday/ Child Care Leave etc

Min 2 years HR Generalist exp

MOM Work pass matters - Pass application/renewals, related pass matters

(Work permit / S Pass/ Epass)

Performs other relevant duties as assigned
