Roles & Responsibilities

Production Supervisor


Work Location: Tampines Industrial

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (3pm to 11pm)



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
  • Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Meet department productivity and quality goals
  • Responsible for staff scheduling, including:
  • - Work assignments/rotations
  • - Employee training
  • - Employee vacations
  • - Employee breaks
  • - Overtime assignment
  • - Back-up for absent employees
  • - Shift rotations
  • Conduct interviews, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
  • Coach and provide career development advice to staff


Requirements:

  • With 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills
  • Compliance with RBA standards
