Key Responsibilities:


• Support all pre deal and post deal activities, for example, tender preparation, invoicing, claims and demurrage.


• Collaborate with suppliers and counterparts to efficiently schedule cargo shipments in line with contractual expectations.


• Monitor and manage cargo movements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.


• Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cargo and freight operations.


• Ensure full compliance with safety requirements, regulations, and the company code of conduct in all deals and operations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.


• 5-10 years of direct relevant experience in gasoline operations.


• Ability to handle incomplete information and manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.


• Strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.


• Detail-oriented, with a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency.
