Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Automation and Manual Tester to drive projects for the digitization and standardization of processes, policies, and systems in a renowned bank.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • A Diploma or Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the testing field;
  • Good understanding of banking process and project management tools;
  • Skilled in test documentation, defect analysis, tracking, and reporting;
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools, particularly JIRA;
  • Possess excellent technical knowledge in MS Office Suite with the ability to conceptualize ideas / processes into professional MS PowerPoint slides;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Team player who can work well with project managers, developers, users and fellow testers.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience in Automation Testing;
  • Corporate Banking knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within the UAT Testing team to ensure timely execution of UAT testing for assigned projects, from test case creation to test execution during the UAT phase;
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical specialists during the requirements gathering phase to review and validate project requirements;
  • Assist in planning test schedules and write detailed test scenarios and test cases for assigned projects;
  • Perform UAT testing for system enhancements and updates to regional systems;
  • Identify, log, and prioritize defects to ensure timely resolution;
  • Manage the test environment setup and coordinate issue tracking and resolution with both users and technical teams;
  • Contribute to the development of user training materials and assist in onboarding users to new system functionalities.
