This role demands a proactive and strategic thinker with a knack for analytics and a passion for growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Affiliate Program Management:

  • Oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle from recruitment to retention.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous engagement of affiliates.
  • Monitor and report on affiliate performance and compliance.

Content Development and Distribution:

  • Create compelling marketing materials and communications to support affiliate activities.
  • Regularly update promotional content and affiliate communication channels.

Recruitment and Expansion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new affiliates.
  • Organize and conduct informational sessions to educate potential affiliates.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyse affiliate performance and the effectiveness of affiliate promotions.
  • Adjust strategies based on analytics and market trends to maximize program success.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the IT, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure program requirements are met.
  • Align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
