About the Company
Our client is a leading provider for innovative architectural products and services. They are seeking for Admin Executiveto broadly support the firm’s business efforts.

About the Role
- Oversee office administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Prepare and issue invoices and purchase orders.
- Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the scheduling of projects and shipment deliveries.
- Manage supply chain operations by coordinating with overseas teams and personnel.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organised filing systems.
About You
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent certifications.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Strong team player with effective communication, excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
