Overview:


We are a leading firm specializing in IT and cybersecurity education and professional certification training. We seek a highly motivated and aggressive Sales and Marketing Specialist with a solid background in IT and cybersecurity. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the IT and cybersecurity training industry, possessing extensive local, regional, or global contacts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive our training services to new heights.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed target revenue goals.

•Leverage existing industry contacts and networks in IT and cybersecurity to generate leads and close deals.

•Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with clients to offer tailored training solutions.

•Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

•Travel is required to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and expand our market presence.

•Provide feedback from the market to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.

•Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a high level of commitment and dedication.


Requirements:


•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Diploma holders with significant experience may also be considered.

•Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT, cybersecurity, education, or professional certification training industry.

•Strong network of contacts within the IT and cybersecurity sectors, either locally, regionally, or globally.

•Aggressive and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities, with a track record of achieving high sales targets.

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English. Fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

•Ability to create and execute effective sales plans and marketing strategies.

•Outspoken and confident in presenting ideas and engaging with clients.

•Willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs.

•Self-motivated with a drive for success, able to work independently and as part of a team.
