Job Description/ Requirement
Job DescriptionPrepare Sales Quotations, Purchase orders, and Sales Order processingPrepare deliveries/collections orders and liaise on logistics arrangements with customers and transportation companyProvide Sales Support on customers' queries, updates of repair status, checking on parts availability and complaints;Monitor and management of customers’ stock levels; request for top-ups/ request for purchase orders for stocksRequest for parts/units from customers for our internal repair jobs queuing and planning;Upload invoices and monitor Purchase Orders availability in customers’ portals;Update internal recordsCustomers site visits will be required during special occasions;Participation in local and overseas Tradeshows if required;Involvement in annual ISO audits and Marketing Initiatives;Assist in internal stock counts;Manage pantry and stationery supplies;Liaise with travelling agencies on airfare bookings; Purchase of travel insuranceJob Requirements
Possess O-levels, Nitec or DiplomaPreferably familiar with ERP SystemHave 1-5 years of experience in similar job scope
