MHE Service Technician – Automotive/Vehicle

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks on Material Handling Equipment both diesel and electrical forklifts.
  • Provide a high standard of workmanship and reduce turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet departmental benchmarks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to attain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct precise troubleshooting and communicate necessary repair work and replacement part recommendations to the customers.
  • Complete detailed work reports for each serviced equipment and unit.
  • Ensuring to strictly comply with the guidelines concerning safety and orderliness.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min NITEC Automotive/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • With 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in Electrical Works.
  • Willingness to work during weekends and public holidays if needed.
