Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Manage client inquiries, orders, and requests, coordinating with sales coordinator and warehouse team for seamless service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Process orders accurately.
  • Face to face interactions with client is required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or related fields.
  • Candidates with unrelated diploma but has prior experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support are welcomed to apply too.
  • Prior experience in F&B strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in industrial area.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.

Other information:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company's shuttle bus provided at Jurong East MRT)
