Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager ( product planning and marketing)
Location: Suntec, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary: $4,500 x 13 months
Contract: 1 Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible)
Position Summary:
You will be responsible for the product planning and marketing initiatives, while growing the brand awareness for emerging products in Singapore. You should drive the business with excellence through qualitative 360 plans with other teams. You will also communicate with internal and external business partners to ensure that business objectives are met and aligned with the Brand’s goals. This position reports directly to the Product Director.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Product Execution:Responsible for the execution of Home Appliance category (Refrigerator and Small appliances) marketing activities in the Singapore local market.
Lead the execution of brand strategy and develop new initiatives to win market share and ranking.
Ensure successful new product launches supported by effective 360 plans (PR, media, social media & digital, forecast, events and CRM, sell-out tracking, and product display in points-of-sale). - Market Analysis:Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ activities, and plan proactive actions.
Ensure accuracy in forecasting of products and timely submission.
Ensure accurate and timely phasing of Sale Programs and A&P management. - Marketing Support:Lead marketing agency to ensure marketing assets and plans are well-prepared.
Cultivate product category passion both internally and externally.
Ensure all ATL & BTL collaterals, POSM, and samples meant for the launch are well-prepared and delivered for maximum impact.
Implement events and promotions with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns.
Regularly update and exchange with the sales and corporate marketing team to ensure the success of upcoming activities and marketing initiatives. - Event Management:Be physically present at all major promotions and events (closed door, pop-up events, workshops, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure that all media plans are in place according to your launch plans.
Follow up closely with PR and Corporate Marketing team to ensure marketing and PR coverage for products and launches. - In-Store Concepts:Direct marketing agency to ensure in-store concepts and activities are well-prepared and executed.
Develop store concepts with Visual Merchandising agency to ensure visual merchandising are executed according to brand guidelines.
Plan and execute impactful promotions and events setups.
Ensure all POSM are delivered timely for launches. - Sales & Marketing Coordination:Execute sales and marketing activities in consensus with HQ.
Coordinate between local teams to implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
Any other ad hoc duties and reporting as required.
