Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare / Medical (Dental Laboratory)
  • Position Title: Administrator / Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Ubi
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8.30AM to 5.30PM, Saturday 8.30AM to 12.30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Claims
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with generating sales orders and invoices, filing paperwork, and entering data into the company's system.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion, packing, and dispatch of cases.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Respond professionally to emails, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Ensure that all items and paperwork are correctly enclosed for delivery.
  • Coordinate with couriers for next-day deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skilled in basic office software and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
