Job Scope:
· To work with Supervisor to conduct water tests in toilets using fluorescent dye, and ensure proper documentation of the test results.
· To conduct pre-condition surveys at flats with the contractor's surveyor to assess and explain the scope of GRA works to flat owners.
· To monitor contractors' performance by conducting site checks during critical stages of repair, take photos, complete checklist and upload them in LinkFM.
· To update EE and HM Supervisor in charge on contractor's non-conformance to the repair requirements, including usage of unauthorised materials, detected during site checks.
· To work with EE and HM Supervisor and attend to flat owners' feedback on workmanship issue and improper repair work carried out.
· To work with HM Sup and Zonal Engineer to attend to feedback of recurrent leak/spalling concrete.
· To explain or address flat owners' clarifications politely on GRA matters e.g. scope of GRA works, repair methods.
· To carry out other GRA related works assigned by GMHMs, Team leaders and HM supervisors.
Requirements:
· Individuals who are comfortable to deal with public and have maintenance related experience (preferably)
Salary: $18/hour + transport allowance
Contract period: 3 months to 1 year
