Project Quality Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects meet internal and client standards for quality, budget, and timelines, while complying with Workplace Safety Health (WSH) regulations.
  • Liaise with various departments to optimize project management and execution.
  • Uphold thorough project documentation to mitigate claims and ensure accessibility of relevant materials.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with on-site stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Compliance with quality standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders regarding project scheduling and requirements.
  • Perform monitoring with the project cash flow and submit payment claims in a timely manner.
  • Assess and approve WSH documentation to ensure safe work practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • With 1-3 years of experience in Industrial Products project management
  • Min 1 year of Supervisor role.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems.
