Cybersecurity Sales Director

Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute sales plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and System Integrators (SIs).
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the cybersecurity space.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners to ensure their success in selling our products and services.
- Mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set and monitor sales quotas, KPIs, performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies and threats.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Manage and motivate a team of channel sales professionals, including setting sales targets, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Build trong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and align cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
- Drive revenue through new business acquisition and existing client retention.
- Negotiate high-value deals, contracts, and partnerships.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure products meet client requirements.
- Align with marketing for lead generation and brand positioning.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven track record of success in cybersecurity channel and direct sales, with at least 8 years of experience.
- Ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Increasing market share and brand presence.
- Maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Building a cohesive, motivated, and skilled sales team.
