Job Responsibilities

  • Support in reviewing the monthly and annual accounting activities of overseas entities and preparing management reports.
  • Aid in the monthly consolidation process and the creation of quarterly reporting packs for submission to the Head Office.
  • Take charge of the annual budgeting and year-end closing processes within the Jiu Qi reporting framework for the Group and its entities.
  • Assist in generating monthly cash flow forecasts for both the Group and its entities.
  • Support managers in meeting Chinese reporting requirements and deadlines imposed by the Group.
  • Assist managers in overseeing the Group Chinese Reporting Team.
  • Identify operational safety hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure that all staff work in a safe environment by implementing safety protocols.
  • Integrate safety practices into daily work routines to promote a safe workplace culture.
  • Adhere strictly to statutory and company safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities assigned periodically.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Qualification: CPA/CA or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management.
  • Must possess financial audit experience in an audit firm.
  • Ability to read and write reports in Chinese for reporting to HQ.
  • Strong hands-on experience in financial and management reporting.
