Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled React.js Developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interface components using React.js, while leveraging modern front-end workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of progressive web applications (PWAs), exceptional front-end coding skills, and expertise in enhancing application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the development team to discuss UI requirements and design implementations.

· Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React.js concepts.

· Write and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable JavaScript code following React.js workflows.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end performance.

· Implement front-end architecture to support a seamless user experience.

· Work with Node.js and integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.

· Utilize Semantic UI / Material UI to enhance UI/UX consistency and efficiency.

· Ensure proper application documentation and version control.

· Perform browser-based debugging and performance testing.

· Work with CI/CD pipeline technologies like CloudBees Pipeline.

· Manage and maintain code repositories (BitBucket).

· Utilize code analysis tools such as SonarQube, BlackDuck, and Coverity for quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.

· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with strong front-end development expertise.

· Experience with React.js tools like Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

· Hands-on experience with Node.js development.

· Strong understanding of UI design principles and experience with Semantic UI / Material UI.

· Experience with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.

· Knowledge of browser-based debugging and troubleshooting techniques.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.

· Ability to work with version control tools (BitBucket, GitHub, or similar).

· Experience with code quality and security analysis tools (SonarQube, BlackDuck, Coverity).

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Exposure to Micro Frontend Architecture and modular UI development.

· Experience in Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
