To support our continuous growth and expansion in Asia, AEDAS Singapore is seeking a committed candidate for the following position:


ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE


As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects as well as the financial management of projects. You will lead design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models and collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.


Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications

• Minimum 10 - 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface

• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential

• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage

• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture)
