As a Financial Services Consultant, you will live out this value each day as you work directly with clients as their financial life coach, helping them improve their lives by empowering them to reach their financial goals, both big and small. You will not only be responsible for providing sound, comprehensive financial advice and guidance, but for helping clients make sense of their financial lives in actionable ways.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored insurance advice based on thorough needs analysis.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Financial planning for both personal and corporate clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Keep abreast of product developments and industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in any professional field, demonstrating transferable skills.
  • Strong desire to switch to a rewarding career in insurance sales.
  • Relevant certifications in financial services or insurance will be advantageous.
  • Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
