Motion Control Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments such as mechanics, electronics, and software in conducting duties for in house and across company sites.
  • Providing technical assistance to production sites and clients’ sites.
  • Perform commissioning, qualifying and documentation of motion control solutions and mechatronics system.
  • Provide support for the testing and installation of the test equipment in the laboratory.
  • Contribute in providing conceptual and architectural design projects in coordinating with the development sites.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Control/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4-5 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience with Semicon equipment or related field.
  • Proficient in motion control, control therapy, sensorics & motors.
  • Knowledgeable with software development in C++ is advantage.
